Registration
Euro 450 (for delegates from India it is Euro 350) per person(except children under one year). There is a surcharge of Euro 50 if registered after 1st June 2003. Kindly complete the registration form and send it, together with the registration fee, to Dr. P.R. Saxena. Hotel Charges
A number of rooms have been reserved at the Atlanta Hotel, Rotterdam (see above) between 23-27 July 2000. The daily rate for a Standard room (including breakfast, city tax and VAT) is 85 Euro for single occupancy or 95.00 Euro for double occupancy. For an Executive room and a junior suite an extra charge of 35 Euro and 65 Euro, respectively, will apply in addition to the standard single/double rate. You are requested to book the hotel accommodation directly with the Atlanta hotel (Mr. Olaf Scheffers: email: OScheffers@nhatlanta-rotterdam.nh-hotels.nl The hotel will also bill you directly. Kindly note that the deadline for hotel booking is 1 June 2003, after which accommodation and rates cannot be guaranteed.
