Charges have been increased after nearly a decade to reflect the rise in the cost of living, but it is still subsided substantially. Any help in securing sponsorship will be highly appreciated.

Thirty-Five Double rooms have been reserved at the Ibis Style hotel at a discounted price of 95 GBP per room. This includes breakfast and overnight parking. To book a room, please call the hotel directly at 0121-2171111. Please Quote reference ‘KGMC 2022’. This offer will be available as first come first serve basis only until 31st August 2022, after which standard charges will apply. Check-in from 2 PM. Checkout 12 noon. You can get a full refund for hotel booking until 48 hrs before check-in time (2 PM on 29th September 2022). It may be worth comparing rates on booking.com before making a reservation.

Other hotels are available in the vicinity, but we recommend staying onsite.
